What does Freepik's Merchandise License cover?

This license allows you to use non-AI Premium assets on physical products for sale, including Print-on-Demand (POD) items.

Who can use this license?

This license is exclusively available to Pro subscribers. While your Pro subscription is active, any licenses you download for non-AI Premium files will be classified as Merchandise and will remain valid even after your subscription ends. The license includes the download date, serving as proof of your Pro subscription at the time of download.

We strongly recommend downloading and saving these documents to your computer or an external drive. Keeping a copy ensures proper use of our resources and provides easy access when needed.

What kind of assets are eligible?

Only non-AI Premium files are covered. AI-generated resources are excluded under this license.

What's the limit on how many items I can sell?

You can produce and sell up to 100,000 units per licensed asset. That includes all forms of physical merchandise, whether you're printing t-shirts, mugs, notebooks, or tote bags.

Do I have to pay royalties?

No royalties are required, as long as your total distribution remains under the 100,000-unit cap per asset.

What isn't allowed under this license?

• Registering the asset as a trademark
• AI-generated Premium assets
