How do seats work in the Business plan?

With the Business plan, you can add up to 20 seats to your subscription. Each seat represents a team member who can access the plan’s shared features and resources. Pricing is calculated per seat, allowing you to scale based on your team’s needs. You can:

• Add seats at any time
• Reduce seats only at renewal (not mid-cycle)
• Replace team members without changing the total number of seats or affecting your credits

How do shared AI credits work?

In the Business plan, AI credits are grouped into a shared pool that all team members can access. This allows credits to be allocated flexibly, depending on who needs them most at any given time. All seats draw from a single global credit pool, meaning any team member can consume credits from the same shared balance, up to the maximum available limit.

Key features of AI credits:

• Per-user limits:Admins can set maximum usage limits per user to control consumption
• Rollover:Unused credits automatically roll over for up to 3 months (coming soon)
• Extra credits:If you purchase additional credit packs, they remain valid for up to 3 years
• Usage reporting:Access reports that show credit consumption per user and over time

Credits are used for AI tools such as image generation, video, audio creation, icons, mockups, and custom style training.

What is Spaces and how does it work with the Business plan?

Spaces are shared work environments where teams can organize, collaborate, and manage creative projects in one place. A Space acts as a central hub where team members can work together using shared resources and tools.

With the Business plan:

1. All team members can access the same Spaces within the subscription.
2. Spaces allow teams to collaborate on projects, share assets, and keep work organized.
3. Content created or saved in a Space is visible to authorized team members, making collaboration seamless.
4. Admins can manage access and permissions to control who can view or edit each Space.
5. Spaces work with shared AI credits, so any AI-generated content created inside a Space draws from the team’s shared credit pool.

In short, Spaces help Business teams stay aligned, collaborate efficiently, and centralize their creative workflow within a single subscription.

What are Collaborative Projects?

Projects allow you to create and share collaborative workspaces with your team to generate, review, and manage assets together. All members with access can view and contribute to the project, making it easier to review and approve creative content.

Does the Business plan include unlimited generations?

Yes! With Unlimited Generations, you can generate images at full speed for up to 1000 generations within any rolling 30-day window on Premium+, or 5,000 on Pro. Once you reach that threshold, you’ll still be able to keep generating — there’s no limit on quantity — but your requests will move to a relaxed queue, which processes which processes at a slower pace. This helps ensure compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy (https://www.freepik.com/legal/acceptable-use-policy) and keeps the platform fair and stable for everyone. The fast-generation count resets every 30 days, according to the start date of your subscription billing cycle. You can check how many images you’ve generated at full speed during your current cycle by hovering over the infinity symbol in the toggle. You can switch the toggle off at any time to go back to using credits, which restores full-speed generation immediately. This ensures fair usage for everyone while maintaining system stability.

What does this mean?

1. After the threshold is reached, credits are consumed with each generation
2. Once the fast-generation threshold is reached, you can continue generating assets unlimitedly in a reduced-speed queue (Relax mode)
3. This ensures fair usage and platform stability

Concurrent generations: The Business plan allows up to 8 simultaneous fast generations (vs 16 in Enterprise).

What usage reports are available?

The Business plan includes access to AI credit usage reports that show:

1. How many credits the organization has consumed over time
2. Usage broken down by user

Limitations: : Reports by group or by project are only available in the Enterprise plan.

Does the Business plan include legal protection?

Yes. The Business plan includes legal protection for AI-generated content, providing added peace of mind for teams using AI in professional and commercial contexts. This protection helps cover potential legal claims related to the use of AI-generated assets, as long as the content is used in accordance with the plan’s terms and conditions.

Does the Business plan include SSO?

Yes, the Business plan includes basic SSO (Single Sign-On), a secure login method that allows users to authenticate through your company’s identity provider. For customized SSO or advanced configurations, the Enterprise plan offers Custom SSO. This feature is included in the plan, but not yet available.

Can I replace a team member?

Yes, the Business plan allows you to replace team members without changing the total number of seats or affecting the credits associated with the account. This is useful when an employee leaves the company or changes roles and you need to transfer access to someone else.

What billing options does the Business plan have?

The Business plan offers flexible billing:

• Monthly — Pay month to month
• Annual — Annual commitment with savings

Allowed changes:

• ✅Switch from monthly to annual billing (frequency upgrade)
• ✅Add more seats at any time

The plan renews automatically. You can cancel at any time, but you’ll continue to enjoy the benefits until the end of the billing period.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Allowed upgrades:

• ✅ From Individual to Business plan
• ❌ From Teams to Business — you need to contact our Customer Support team to make this change
• ✅ Switch from monthly to annual billing
• ✅ Add more seats

Downgrades:

• ❌ Downgrading to a lower-tier plan is not possible
• ✅ You can reduce seats, but only at renewal time (not mid-cycle).
• ✅ You can switch from annual to monthly billing, which will be processed at renewal. (Coming soon)
